2008-08-24 SECM Workshop at Blue Mountain Lake

The 5th Workshop on Scanning Electrochemical Microscopy will be held August 24 - 28, 2008 at the Minnowbrook Conference Center located on the sparkling Blue Mountain Lake in the Adirondack Mountains of New York.

The aim of this workshop is to bring the leading scientists in the field of SECM together, to stimulate intensive discussions, initiate cooperation, and improve the personal links in the field. Since the technology is spreading out to a variety of additional fields of interest (such as corrosion science, investigation of liquid-liquid interfaces, application in biochemistry,) the workshop is open to all those interested in SECM and its present state of development. Especially young scientists (PhD students and Post-Docs) are encouraged to participate in the workshop.
